Nikia's own commitment to her child's education and career journey inspired her to create the S.T.R.E.A.M. Parent Cafe™ in 2015. The Parent Cafe provides a safe and inclusive space for parents to engage in meaningful conversations about their children's educational and career aspirations. Nikia firmly believes that parents should be actively involved in their children's education, and she has made it her mission to empower and educate parents so they can help their children achieve success.
